ARE YOU A DEDICATED FACILITY?

This is not a dedicated facility as this requires that of many ingredients that we provide to our customers be limited. This kitchen operates in the same way that many large scale commercial resort kitchens do. We cannot provide guarantees, as we rely on items from selected manufacturers but we use reasonable efforts in our sourcing, preparation and handling procedures to avoid the introduction of the specified allergens into specific selected menu choices. While we take steps to prevent cross-contact, we do not have separate allergy-friendly kitchens.

Specific equipment for specific allergies are used then general tools for things like produce, sweeteners and garnishes that are either single use or heavily sanitized (alcohol based and food safe) after each use.

There are 4 categories for all the allergy equipment:

1) gluten/wheat free

2) vegan (egg, dairy and gelatin free)

3) peanut, tree nut and soy free

4) top-8 free

There are 4 of every equipment and each is only used in these categories. If an order is a custom with multiple allergies, it is done by hand in a bowl. Every order taken is customized to the allergies that are given. Unlike other kitchens, there is a limit of orders the number of orders accepted per day and they are grouped based on allergy compatibility because pre-made items or store bought mixes are not used. Every item is from scratch. Products with peanut are not offered and we limit our usage of tree nuts. If it is a medical condition where peanut is on a short list of safe foods, this can be accommodated but it will require adequate advance notice so that no other orders are taken on that day and the necessary steps can be taken to prevent cross contamination.

DO YOU DELIVER OR SHIP?

Yes, we do deliver. This business only offers delivery services locally. We currently have closed shipping but may be able to accommodate some requests based on location and menu item.
