Service Description
Would you like to book the chef & owner Abeoler for a private service outside of Orlando (beyond 50 mile radius) but still within Florida? This allows you to have a meal created in home for your group. This service charge does not include costs associated with custom menu cost/catering. This also does not cover costs of any special equipment or event decor. This is only for the chef's service and staff for your event . This time selection is for parties of under 10. This booking should be accompanied by a private menu/catering invoice for you event that covers the menu, equipment and/or decor. *this fee may increase if travel and accommodation expenses in your county exceeds this budget. This will be communicated and invoiced. Service for groups beyond 10 people will be an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Private Chef Services 1. We appreciate your interest in our private chef services, and we look forward to serving you. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change, and cancellations may be necessary. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of our services to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved. 2. Cancellation Fees When a client cancels a booking, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the notice period provided: 2.1. Any Cancellation: • For any cancellation made, regardless of the notice period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost of the services will be charged. This fee accounts for the administrative and rebooking efforts required. 2.2. Cancellation 7-14 Days Prior: • If a client cancels their booking between 7-14 days in advance of the scheduled service date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the services will be charged. 2.3. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior: • If a client cancels their booking less than 6 days in advance of scheduled service date a cancellation fee of 75% of total cost of the service will be charged. • If a client cancels their booking 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the services will be charged. This fee is due to the extensive planning, preparation, and scheduling associated with the booking. 3. Refund Process Clients are responsible for notifying us of their intention to cancel a booking. Cancellation requests should be made in writing, via email, or by phone. The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from any advance payments made by the client. If the cancellation fee exceeds the advance payment, the client is responsible for paying the remaining balance within seven (7) days from the cancellation date. 4. Rescheduling In some cases, we may offer clients the option to reschedule their booking instead of canceling it. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon by both parties. If a client chooses to reschedule, any cancellation fees already paid will be applied to the rescheduled booking. 5. Force Majeure We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that are beyond the control of the client. In such cases, we will work with the client to find a suitable alternative date for the service, and no cancellation fees will apply. 6. Amendment of Policy We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at our discretion. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in writing or through updated terms and conditions. By booking our private chef services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
